Crave Naturals- Blemish Remover Tool Kit

*I received this product in exchange for an honest review*

Blemishes and blackheads are a pain to remove. I have oily/dry skin so I'm very prone to getting acne.

I tend to break out the most on my nose, on my jawline, chin, and the skin underneath my eyes (where I have large pores..nasty!)

The kit includes 5 double ended tools. To be honest, I am not sure what each one is called. They came in a cute little case that you can take with you on vacation or in your purse. The tools come in different sizes so you can decided what tool you think is best to tackle the pesky blemishes.

I personally enjoy the second to left tool to remove the annoying blackheads on my nose. You do not need to use a lot of pressure when using the tools.

In my opinion, using these tools are much more better than using your fingers to remove blemishes and blackheads.

March 2015 Ipsy unbagging

Hello! Today, I wanted to do an unbagging of my first ever Ipsy bag! I have seen many photos of Ipsy bags on my Instagram feed but never signed up for it until recently. If you do not know what Ipsy is, it is a monthly beauty subscription bag. You get 4-5 deluxe or full-size products, along with a very cute bag! You take a quiz when you first sign up so Ipsy can get a feeling on what you like/love. And the best part is that it is only $10.00 a month!! Let's get to the unbagging!

Your monthly bag comes inside this very bright fuschia colored package. Once I saw this in my mailbox, I was so happy!

It comes with a card which shows the Ipsy beauties. This month's theme is Floral Fantasy

This is the March 2015 bag! For my first Ipsy bag, I must say that I love this bag. I love the colors and the design.

These are the 5 products that were in my Ipsy bag. I love everything that I got.

1. Cool Way Hair Oil Treatment

Full size $29.95
Sample size around $2.95

2. NYX FULL SIZE Butter Lipstick

Retail value $5.99

3. Pixi by Petra Mesmerizing Mineral Duo in Apricot Glow

I could not find a value to this sample size, but Pixi does have palettes, which retail for $11.50

4. Chella Ivory Lace Highlighter (this looks full size to me!)

Retails $18.00 (holy snot!)

5. Crown Concealer Brush

Retails around $7.45

Total retail value: around $35.00

What I paid for: $10.00!!

I can't wait to see what's in store next month! Let me know what you got in your Ipsy bag :)

February Crowdtap wins!

Only two Amazon giftcards valued at $5.00 each. This was much better than January since I did not get anything at all!

Where I get my freebies/samples

Hello! I wanted to make a post on where I get my freebies. Let’s get started!
Please note: I highly, highly, recommend that you make a Facebook. The reason is because there are TONS of companies that give out free stuff and samples to new or old consumers, right at your fingertips.
Also, be sure to “like” their page. Companies tend to post about the freebie or sample that they are giving out. One tip, be sure to be QUICK. When I say quick, I mean that the samples are only limited to a certain number. For example, first 100, first 250, first 500, etc.
Here are some of the websites that I follow to receive tons of freebies!
Other websites that hand out freebies as well, but not as much as the ones above:
  • Pinchme.com *this site gives out small samples every other Tuesday of each month, OR whenever they feel like it. They also ask to rate the product*
  • Influenster.com *In order to receive freebies, you must stay active on this site. You do reviews on all the different products that are available in each category (example: health & beauty, home, fitness, pets, fashion, entertainment.) The more you do reviews, the more you will stand out to receive a VoxBox (a box full of free stuff to review and sometimes full-size products!) I so far have gotten 3 VoxBoxes. Also, if you do get a voxbox, you must talk about it in all social media networks, like facebook, twitter, pinterest, etc. It seems like a lot of work, but it’s really not!*
  • Bzzagent *on this site, you take short surveys to qualify for a campaign. I have done at least 4 campaigns so far from Bzzagent.
  • Smiley360 *same concept of Bzzagent. To be honest, it is not my most favorite out of all of these sites that I have mentioned. For me, it seems a bit too hard to get into a mission (a mission is when you talk about the free product that you received to review on social media and face-to-face interaction)
Hope that helps! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask anytime!

Freebies through coupons

If you're like me, I love free stuff. All the items in the photo are items that I received free through store coupons. If you're not signed up for these companies mailing address, I suggest that you do so in order to get goodies!

  • Bath & Body Works: They send out coupons for free travel size items and sometimes full size items at least once a month. Along with those redeemable coupons, it also comes with percent off coupons as well.
  • Sephora: I am a member of Sephora Beauty Insiders, something similar to Ulta's reward program. I would suggest signing up for Sephora Beauty Insiders and to receive their emails because once in a while, they send out emails with items to redeem for free if you are a Beauty Insider. Most of the items are sample size.
  • Victoria's Secret: VS both has email and mailing. I have both. I get coupons for free panty, $10 off a bra and more through snail mail.
Like I stated, if you are not signed up for these, I suggest that you do so! You are missing out on great stuff!

My 2nd Influenster win

This is one of my more recent wins from Influenster. I really love these Vaseline spray lotions. They don't leave a sticky feeling behind and I enjoy the fact that I was sent 3 different kinds. And to top it off, I also got a $25 giftcard :D

Remington review opportunity

I love reviewing products from companies. I have heard of others reviewing for Remington so I decided to look into it. I signed up for it last year and within around two weeks, I received an email about a sampling opportunity. I was in desperate need of a new flat iron so I was in luck in getting this to review. The fun part is that after you review it, you can keep it! I am blessed and forever grateful to have these kinds of opportunities.

Free stuff thanks to Amazon giftcards!

In my free time, I like to use survey websites in order to earn giftcards, mostly for Amazon. The websites are use are: Swagbucks, Opinion Outpost, Gifthulk, and Crowdtap. The giftcards can run from $5 to $25. I love voicing my opinion and thoughts for rewards. I have been getting a lot of free stuff thanks to saving my giftcards that I earn. One of my favorite item that I got for free was a Sons Of Anarchy blanket. If you know me, you know that SOA is one of my favorite shows. I was so happy when I finally got this in the mail, and I was even more happier knowing the fact that I paid nothing for it!

Throwback

Let's throwback to one of my favorite Crowdtap samplings!

I absolutely loved loved this shaving gel!

Influenster Win! (July 2014)

I was very, very excited to win this! I won a year supply of my favorite cleansing cloths; Cetaphil! To this day, I still have some left over.

My favorite CVS deal (from July 2014)

Let's get down to the deal. The Nivea lotions pictured were $8.29 a piece. A pretty hefty price for lotion if you ask me. I bought two and used two coupons that stated "$2.00 off 1 Nivea product"

Total cost before coupons was around $17.43. When I used my coupons, it took off:

  • -$2.00 (Nivea coupon)
  • -$2.00 (Nivea coupon)
  • -$1.19 (Twix candy bar)
  • -$5.00 (ECB)
  • -$2.50 (ECB)
  • -$1.00 (ECB)
  • AND 20% off email
For a grand total of $1.02 after taxes! SO pretty much, each lotion cost less than $0.50! That is a score in my book!

About me!

Hello! I am new to blogger but not new to the blogging world! I was using Tumblr before hand, but I thought this would look a bit more professional in my opinion.

I am a 24 year old residing in Wisconsin. I love freebies, clearance & coupon deals, thrifting, and a lot more!

I have my Associates in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement and currently hold a full time job in that position and I love it.

I am a lover of cats and anything Disney (my happy place)

My absolute favorite TV shows are Sons of Anarchy & It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

My motto is "if it's free for me, I'll take it!"

Feel free to follow my blog if you like! :)
